Ingredients

10lb of Yellow Potatoes

2lbs Butter

1 block of Cream Cheese
-
2 cups of Butter Milk
-
1 tbs garlic Power

Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Peel and Rinse Potatoes.
- Dice potatoes in large chucks, careful to keep the potatoes sizes similar for uniform cooking time.
- Place potatoes in a large pot of boiling water. Boil potatoes just until fork tender then strain the water from the potatoes.
- Place potatoes back in the pot or large mixing bowl, place the butter sticks on top of the potatoes and cover with alumni foil for 10-20 minutes. The steam will finish cooking the potatoes and melt the butter.
- Add your block of and cream cheese to the bowl. Use a hand mixer to mash the potatoes, slowing adding the butter milk to preferred consistency
- Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
